At Shropshire Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If an item isn't quite right for your space, you can return most products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging and boxes to ensure they remain safe during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection or Postage

  For small decor items, please use a tracked courier service; for larger furniture pieces, we can arrange a professional two-man collection for a fixed fee.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resellable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
